Four (4) standard-duty helical piers were strategically positioned beneath the porch footing in accordance with engineered specifications. Each pier was mechanically advanced into competent load-bearing soil layers to achieve proper installation torque.
Step 2: Bracket Installation & Load Transfer
Engineered brackets were secured beneath the footing, and hydraulic equipment was used to transfer the porch weight onto the newly installed piers, beginning the foundation stabilization phase of the repair of the cracked concrete porch system.
Step 3: Load Transfer & Stabilization
After a load transfer, a controlled lift was performed. Approximately one inch of corrective elevation was achieved, improving alignment at the porch columns.

Step 4: Soil Restoration & Final Site Finishing
Once stabilization and lifting were complete, the excavated soil was carefully backfilled and compacted around the porch footing.
