Full-Time Installer Technician
Compensation: $20.50 to $27.25 per hour (based on experience and ability)
Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Reliable transportation to office daily
- Good communication skills with co-workers
- Transportation to meet at the office daily
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be responsible, organized, and able to maintain a clean job site
- Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs. regularly
Skills Preferred (Not Required)
- Concrete repair, replacement, demolition, or new installation
- Masonry repair and installation
- Basic to mid-level carpentry skills
- General construction trade knowledge
Education & Additional Preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Specialized trade education a plus, but not required
- Must be able to provide references
Foundation Repair Representative – Foundation Repair & Waterproofing
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Full Commission after Training Period
Compensation:
Earning potential of $100,000–$200,000+ per year (based on performance)
Base pay during training

Sales or home services experience preferred, but no prior experience required — paid training provided.
What You’ll Do
As a Foundation Repair Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to diagnose structural or waterproofing issues and design long-term solutions that restore their peace of mind.
You don’t need to be an engineer — you need to be a great listener, problem solver, and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet homeowners in pre-set appointments with admin support
Inspect and evaluate foundation, crawlspace, or concrete conditions
Educate homeowners on repair solutions and financing options
Develop clear, professional proposals using company software
Follow up on open opportunities and maintain strong customer communication
Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Represent Lux Foundation Solutions with honesty, empathy, and professionalism

Primarily on the road meeting customers in Jacksonville and surrounding areas
Remote/home office for paperwork and follow-up
Access to company headquarters or flex office as needed
