  • Rebar Installation & Concrete Pouring – Poured high-strength concrete with rebar reinforcement and allowed footings to cure properly before loading. 
  • Support Beam & Adjustable Post Installation – Installed a new 12-foot pressure-treated Southern Yellow Pine beam (#2 grade) to distribute structural load, mounted two high-strength galvanized steel adjustable support posts on cured footings, and secured posts to support beams with engineered brackets.

All work was completed to engineering specifications with materials specifically selected for long-term performance in Florida’s demanding coastal environment.
