Current Open Position
Full-Time Installer Technician
Compensation: $20.50 to $27.25 per hour (based on experience and ability)
Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Reliable transportation to office daily
- Good communication skills with co-workers
- Transportation to meet at the office daily
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be responsible, organized, and able to maintain a clean job site
- Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs. regularly
Skills Preferred (Not Required)
- Concrete repair, replacement, demolition, or new installation
- Masonry repair and installation
- Basic to mid-level carpentry skills
- General construction trade knowledge
Education & Additional Preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Specialized trade education a plus, but not required
- Must be able to provide references
